Sustainability encompasses everything from the materials, quality, production, people and location of manufacture, and so many other factors. We work closely with manufacturers we trust to bring you high quality designs that are kind to the environment and people, all while offering a large range of vintage Persian rugs from our collection.

Materials & Resources

The rugs we carry are composed of natural fibers, such as wool and silk. These are inherently durable materials that last for generations. We avoid the use of synthetic fibers and materials because we believe in environmental impact reduction.

Quality & Craft

Our hand-knotted rugs are selected for their quality and craft, upholding a high durability standard. They are made of some of the strongest materials and knotting techniques to ensure that they do not need to be replaced over the years. Our vintage Persian rugs, some of which are hundreds of years old, are a testament to the quality and craft, inherent to the tradition and history of hand-knotted rugs.

Production & Manufacturers

While we carry a range of vintage Persian rugs, we also offer newly made rugs in both custom and standard sizes. The rugs we carry are made by skilled craftspeople and families in Nepal, India, Bolivia, Peru and Pakistan.
